At present only Belgians can vote in regional elections and for them it is compulsory. 11-02-2018 - EuroEFE: "Un bruselense, un voto": una campaña a favor del sufragio de todos los residentes en la ciudad Bruselas (EuroEFE).- Un tercio de la población adulta en Bruselas, más de 300.000 personas, no tiene derecho a voto en las próximas elecciones de la región en mayo de 2019, un hecho que la campaña "Un bruselense, un voto" tilda de "déficit democrático" y para el que pide una solución antes de esos comicios.
